Announcing the ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE PLAN, a product
introduced in response to our customers requests for service
for only part of the year. If you have asked us for a
“vacation rate”, this is the product you will want.
By enrolling in the ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE PLAN all of your
important subscriber information will remain in our customer
billing database. This means that your telephone number,
information listing, and directory listing all remain active
even when your phone service is disconnected. Your telephone
and enhanced services will be automatically restored at a
predetermined date, using your same telephone number,
without the need to contact our office.
Customers who normally wouldn’t use telephone service during
the ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE PLAN period will see savings of at
least 50%.
How will you know if the ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE PLAN is for
you? Here are some details:
■ In order to reduce costs and increase your savings,
monthly statements will not
normally be produced.
If we are billing for other services
(such as a calling card) there will be a one time $2.00
mailing fee
to receive statements.
■ The ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE PLAN discounts are available for
three periods,
although additional
dates may be available in the future.
The periods are between
October 1 to April 1; November 1 to May 1;
or December 1 to
June 1. You can call
to order the ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE PLAN at any time or
have
your regular
service restored at anytime, but the plan fees will not be
prorated.
■ Your service will automatically be resumed on the start
date (April 1, May 1, or June 1)
depending on
the plan ordered. You may choose to have your
service resumed early if
it is more convenient for you,
but there will be no refunds
of the ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE PLAN fee for early service resumption.
■ The fee for the ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE PLAN is $49.95 (plus
tax) billed in
advance, with
a service order charge of $6.44 to activate
the plan.
